To this end, the official portraits of Nigeria’s president-elect and his vice-president, have been unveiled by their media team in Abuja. And after being sworn in on 29 May, General Buhari will want to be addressed simply as


Muhammadu Buhari, President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria.

His deputy will be addressed as Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
