30yr Old Woman in Police Net for Having Sex with Her Son’s 12yr Old Friend

The Daily Mail reports that the Missouri, USA mother, Nicole Marie Smith, was arrested on charges of statutory rape, child abuse and sodomy, charges which are serious offenses in that country.
The victim allegedly said that he was in love with the woman who is the mother of his friend, but police authorities believe he does not know what he is talking about.
The woman was said to have had sex several times with the boy in her home while her son was in the house.

According to court documents, the boy told police that he and Smith had sex several times at the residence while Smith’s son was at home in the basement.
Police said that cellphone messages between the child and Smith show that she encouraged the child to delete all her messages. She also said that she was afraid to go to jail if anyone found out about the relationship.St. Charles County Prosecutor, Tim Lohmar said that although the boy claims that the sex acts were consensual, “there’s no such thing as consensual sex with a child.”
Smith does not have a prior criminal record, according to public records. She does not appear to be married and her bail wass set at $75,000 cash only in the case.
